@Alonareed1 Sorry---you stated that you had less than $2000 of earned income. Re-read the information provided to you. You will not get anything for child tax credit if your only income from working was less than $2000. If someone else can claim you as a dependent then you are not eligible for earned income credit. With less than $2000 of income----how were you and your child supported? You did not support yourself and a child on $2000----someone else supported you.
