I got it to work for me.
1) I made sure I was logged out of both Fidelity, and out of all Intuit/Turbotax screens.
2) I returned to the Download selection page. (prices still showing the discount, so there must be a Fidelity cookie set) TurboTax Desktop | Download Tax Software
3 ) I selected Premier & Shop Now.
4) Directed to select either +Advantage or onetime (I only ever use one-time)
5) I got a momentary error, but it quickly disappeared...and was directed to log in with my UserID/pwd
6) Presented next with the CCD info purchase page
Completed that and was able to access the download and shown the installation code (which I immediately copied to a paper and also to text file I keep with each year's codes in a Tax Download folder i Keep on my computer)
