Yes, If you use the Desktop program you can use any version. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. Any version will transfer from 2024.
If you switch to the Online version you will need to use the Online Premium version. You can transfer into Online from the Desktop program.
