Have you downloaded and installed the desktop program? Sounds like you don't have the system requirements? Are you on Windows or Mac?
2024 & 2025 Turbo Tax Desktop Download System Requirements. For 2025 you will need Windows 11 or later or Mac OS Sonoma 14 or later (newer). Click on the 2025 tab at the top.
