P.S. @Mike9241 if you or anyone else actually goes the route of a physical dual-boot setup then there should be absolutely no reason why TurboTax for TY2025 wouldn't install into the booted Windows 11 OS. If for some reason TT Setup refuses to do that then at that point it would be time to just jump ship completely off TurboTax and onto another product (with hopefully a competent engineering and marketing team).
