@user17577479228 Not sure what you saw or tried to do, but there is no such thing as paying $1 to ask one question. If you want help from a "Live" tax expert, it requires an upgrade to the "Live" online software, or you pay $60 for help from an expert if you are using desktop download software.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
