TurboTax will continue to prompt you to "fix" a rejected return because TT has no way to know that you printed it and mailed it.
If the IRS received your mailed return in early May, it could take a few weeks after that for someone to actually retrieve the envelope from a huge mail bin and open it and enter it into the system. Since it has been such a long time, you can try either printing and mailing it again or you can try this tactic to see if you can e-file:
