Owe for what? Are you referring to Federal taxes due (owed to govt), state taxes due, or TurboTax fees that you owe for your product?

You appear to be using Live Basic--at least that is what is shown in the tag under your question. That is a paid product. It is an upgrade from Free Edition that allows for help from a tax expert at any time during return preparation and a final review of your return, if desired, before filing. I "think" the price for Live Basic is $89 for Federal and $59 for state (if applicable.)
