If I were to get such a call, my first impression is that is most likely a scam, trying to get my personal info, log-in credentials, etc.--similar to the fake toll fee scams that are common right now. With today's technology it's even possible for a scam caller to spoof the caller ID so that the phone says "Intuit", etc. So for me, I wouldn't trust any call "out of the blue" that I didn't originate. I wouldn't give them any information or even talk to them. If necessary, I would use a known legitimate number to phone TurboTax directly to ask about the phone call received. Do NOT use a number that the unexpected caller may have provided you. If you want to phone TurboTax to ask about/report the calls, I left the contact info below.
If you did not efile through TurboTax, and the fact that you already successfully filed (I assume) with the other provider, and the IRS has processed your return, then the call makes no sense anyway.
If you want to ask the people at TurboTax about the call and report it to them, you can initiate a phone call and tell them what you experienced. Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific, Monday-Friday.

When it answers, after choosing "TurboTax", then it asks your issue, say "security issue" or "speak to representative about security." If it keeps asking you, keep answering the same way. If you can't get past the voice robot, you can direct message a Support agent with X or Facebook.
