Are you confusing "MAX" with TurboTax Live? Were you charged for using "Live" expert help but did not contact an "expert"? Is that what you mean by "I filed my taxes myself?" You can have a conversation with customer support about being billed for Live if you did not use Live help----good luck.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
