When I go into my account to find my tax return from 2021 the folder is empty. I have tried to call NUMEROUS times to get ANYONE from TurboTax to help me and there is no way I can get through. Can someone please provide advice for how I can get in touch with a HUMAN support representative to resolve this issue? It is URGENT.
