Actually, I must have followed the instructions to enter the Part B in the Business Income and Expenses section, and again in the SSA-1099 section I entered everything from the form, forgetting I had entered the Part B in business. I found the duplication in my state Health Insurance Adjustment page. So, I'll go back and look at those sections you mentioned to decide next steps.
