Those four 1040ES vouchers are optional---they can be used to make estimated quarterly payments for your 2025 tax. If you expect to owe at least $1000 at tax time for your 2025 tax return next year, using those vouchers and making payments during the year can help you avoid a big tax bill and/or an underpayment penalty next year. You are not required to use them.
And...they are NOT for using to pay your 2024 tax due.
