If you never had marketplace insurance in 2024 then you would not have received a Form 1095-A. Answer NO when asked if you received a Form 1095-A. If the program gives you an error for the form, then check to see if the form is included in your tax return and if it is delete the form.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen
Click on Tools
Click on Delete a form
