If you received a 1099-MISC with your income in Box 7, this is not your employer. You are self-employed and would need to upgrade to Self-Employed to file with this form in your return.
To change the address on the 1099-MISC, enter 1099-Misc in the search window then click the jump To. Edit the form and make your changes.
