Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Check the email address on the screen that says "Next, let's verify your email". If your email is right, check your spam or junk folders. in case the email accidentally got sorted incorrectly by your email provider. If your email isn't there, there may be a delay with your email provider.

 

If you are having an issue signing into your TurboTax account here are a few things you can try: 

 

  • Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up for your account. 
  • Request a new verification code by selecting I didn't get a text, I didn't get an email, or I didn't get a phone call on the sign-in page.
