I did it before the joint occupancy issue was supposedly resolved and ended up removing all references to joint occupancy and then it was accepted. I did read that someone said theirs was accepted after the 4/4 date, but it did not apply to me. This sure caused a lot of issues, but I felt getting my full refund back quickly was worth filing the amendment with an updated 5695 form and statement after the fact.
