Sorry to hear. No I ended up having to overnight mail return to IRS and then after IRS indicated received/had logged my return (on the IRS refund status portion of the website) it took about 2.5 weeks to process and electronically deposit my refund. The IRS also corrected the erroneous underpayment penalty TT assessed and would not allow me to override even though I knew none was due. I expect by now paper returns will take a lot longer to process. Next year definitely going elsewhere with all the TT problems over the past few years, 3 significant ones just this year alone.
Good luck. If you are owed a refund, you can check the IRS site. If nothing you may want to try your local tax advocacy office rather than IRS customer service which is worthless IMO.
