Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If you are using the online version you would not be able to see the forms while you are preparing your return until you pay.  Then you would see them via print center.

 

The income from the 1099-K, select Edit then go back through and be sure the first answer says  PERONSAL ITEM SALES, then on the next screen it should be the 1099k info, after that be sure you select ALL items were sold at a loss.  If this doesn't work and you have all of that answered that way, delete the 1099-K and then log out of TurboTax and clear your cache and cookies, then log back in and re-enter the 1099-K.  
 

It appears as though something isn't linked or you have 2 separate entries doubling the deduction.  This would be why you have the negative.  We need to figure out where the second negative amount is coming from.

 

 I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:

 

TurboTax Online:

  1. Sign into your online account.
  2. Locate the Tax Tools on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. A drop-down will appear. Select Tools
  4. On the pop-up screen, click on “Share my file with agent.”
  5. This will generate a message that a diagnostic file gets sanitized and transmitted to us.
  6. Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.
