No. You do not report anything fraudulent on any return. If you do, then you are saying it is yours and not fraud. You are only to report true and accurate information on a return.
Also, if he is claimed as a dependent, then he would not include the 1095-A on his return even if it was not fraudulent. Only the person claiming him would.
