Did you have a number in column C? Or did you pay the full premiums on your own?
If you did not have a number in column C, then you may be able to remove the 1095-A and attempt to submit. The IRS may reject your return saying you must include form 8962. If so, then you will need to print and mail your return.
If you did have a number in column C, you will need to include form 8962 in your return. Since you actually cannot enter anything other than 0 for column B, you will need to print and mail your return. Prior to doing so, you can attempt to ignore the warnings for the 1095-A column B errors and see if you can transmit your return, but if it stops you, the only option would be to keep the form as it is supposed to be and then print and mail the return.
