Get your taxes done using TurboTax

This message normally appears when you have a form that is not finalized for Efiling.  However, it could be related to your State return.

 

Try deleting your state and stepping through the interview again to re-populate it.  I imagine you have passed both reviews?  Here's How to Delete a State in TurboTax Desktop.

 

If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies and try Efiling again.  Here's How to Delete a State in TurboTax Online.
