TurboTax no longer provides nor supports software for 2019 or 2020. Even if you can find it on eBay, etc. you will not be able to get updates or state downloads. And it is too late to get tax refunds for any year earlier than 2021; refunds for 2019 or 2020 have been forfeited. If you owe tax due, it is due with late filing penalties and interest.
You could seek local paid tax help, or google to see if any other tax software for those years is still available.
