How do I get around this error "Payment error Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." ?
I am trying to pay TurboTax with CC and keep getting this error
"Payment error Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again."
I have tried clearing cache, changing browsers, changing credit cards, and changing street address to "123 Main Street" which has worked in previous years.
I have been working with support and it is almost like they have never heard of this problem, yet I see plenty of people have had the same issue. I have had it the last 4 years. I even have a note on my Calendar reminding me to use a fake street address.
1. Why can't Intuit provide a more detailed message, so I know what to do (and the support agent)?
2. Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this?
3. I did see a post where they said use Pay BY Phone, but I do not see that option anywhere.
