No.  If you received a 1095-A form, then you enrolled in a plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace. 

 

This form includes basic information about your policy, your monthly premium, and who's covered in your household. 

 

Typically, you would receive a 1095-B form if you have government-sponsored health care coverage (e.g., Medicare); a 1095-C form would contain information from an employer-sponsored health care plan.  The IRS does not need information from these two forms, but be sure to keep them with your tax records.
