I also see this post (https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/can-anyone-e-file-with-w2-having-0-in-box-1-for-t...) which says that you can still use multiple W-2s, you just fill in the empty box 1 of the W-2 with the amount of $1, which is a small enough discrepancy that it is ok.
