I was not eligible to file my DC tax return electronically and will need to mail my return. Turbo tax is only generating a cover sheet without supporting tax forms.

When I first completed my taxes the system would not generate a PDF for DC return. About two weeks later it finally generated the cover sheet, but nothing else. It’s been a month and no resolution.
