Yes. A parent is one of the people you can claim as a Qualifying Relative even if they don't live with you as long as you provide over half of their support and they do not earn more than $5,050 (not counting social security) for tax year 2024.
If she does meet the criteria to be a qualifying relative, then you may be able to claim the $500 Non-Refundable Other Dependent Credit as well as file as Head of Household.
