This question comes up if a box is checked in the My Info that indicates a spouse is a nonresident. Please return to the My Info section, make note of your spouse's Social Security number, delete her and re-enter.
If the box is accidentally checked, even for a moment (as can sometimes happen when scrolling), then removing the spouse and re-entering the data should reset the question.
When you get to the screen "Do Any of These Apply to [Spouse]? Please ensure that "none of the above" is checked on this page as shown below:
