Any 1040ES forms created by the software...the IRS doesn't know they were prepared, so the IRS isn't expecting them to show up.
In the Desktop software, you can fairly-easily change the amounts on them in Forms Mode, and also check a box to round up to the next $1, or $10, or $100 (because who can really determine what the end of the year will bring), but that's not available in the Online software.
