You can either post, or import your W-2 in TurboTax
To enter a W-2 Manually
- Under Federal
- Click Wages & Income a menu will appear.
- Select Job (W-2) [Add/Edit]
- If your old W-2 is listed - you can [Review] and post it
- To post the new W-2
- [+ Add a new W-2]
- If asked identify the person - select the person it belongs to
- Enter employer EIN
- You will see Great news! We can import your W-2 info automatically.
- Scroll to [Change how I enter my form]
- [Type it myself]
- Post Employer Info
- Post your W-2
