I just did a test return where I entered the spouse's name incorrectly on the original tax return. Completed the return for filing by mail. In Print Center I viewed the 1040 and the spouse's name was incorrect. I then went back to My Info and corrected the name for the spouse. Completed the My Info section and the File section of the tax return. When back to Print Center and viewed the 1040, the name was correctly changed.
Suggest you check the name on the return after you have completed the tax return in the File section and are on Step 3.
