Yeah...have been seeing that in the Windows Desktop version too.
It seems to occur in the interview...in any section in which the software was rewritten between the prior year and the next year. I started seeing it ~ 3 or 4 years ago for one rewritten software section...then another section the next year..etc..etc.
Whatever new software code they are using, they are not re-implementing the historic SD mouse procedures in the interview. At least in the Windows version, I can still get the historic SD Rt-Click selections (or CNTRL+I) directly on any editable field when I'm in Forms Mode.
Either the software managers are a) unaware of what they're messing up when new code for a section is introduced, or.... b) the new code software they are using doesn't allow it...or... c) they have been instructed to abandon those historic procedures.
