Get your taxes done using TurboTax

To complete your tax return with TurboTax you can try turning off your pop-up blocker if you have enabled it. If that does not help, try using a different web browser again. If you still can not log in try going back to your first browser and deleting all cookies.

Make sure your system meets these requirements:  

  • Operating system 2024: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
  • Administrator rights are required to install and run TurboTax.
  • Hard Drive space 2024:1 GB for TurboTax (plus up to 4.5 GB for Microsoft.
  • RAM:4 GB or more recommended
  • Internet Connection:1 Mbps modem (broadband connection highly recommended). Required for product activation, software updates and optional online features

 If you have TurboTax Desktop, you can call us at 800-446-8848.

 

 If you are using TurboTax Online you will use the instructions below.

  1. Open your return in TurboTax
  2. Select the search icon and  type your question in the search bar
  3. Select "Contact Us", at the bottom of the help panel.
  4. Choose the method you wish to use to contact us.  Please note: Talking one-on-one with one of our live specialist is not covered with TurboTax Free Edition. You'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.
