To complete your tax return with TurboTax you can try turning off your pop-up blocker if you have enabled it. If that does not help, try using a different web browser again. If you still can not log in try going back to your first browser and deleting all cookies.

Make sure your system meets these requirements:
- Operating system 2024: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
- Administrator rights are required to install and run TurboTax.
- Hard Drive space 2024:1 GB for TurboTax (plus up to 4.5 GB for Microsoft.
- RAM:4 GB or more recommended
- Internet Connection:1 Mbps modem (broadband connection highly recommended). Required for product activation, software updates and optional online features

If you are using TurboTax Online you will use the instructions below.
- Open your return in TurboTax
- Select the search icon and type your question in the search bar
- Select "Contact Us", at the bottom of the help panel.
- Choose the method you wish to use to contact us. Please note: Talking one-on-one with one of our live specialist is not covered with TurboTax Free Edition. You'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.
