Yes. Line 27 is the deductible part of the SE tax which is half the tax.
Line 28 is the deduction for any SEP IRA or self employed retirement contributions you make.
Line 29 is the deduction for self employed health insurance.
But if you are using the Online version then you have to upgrade to Home & Business to fill out the full schedule C. Premier will do the schedule C-EZ.
