In the File section of the program on Step 2, when federal taxes are owed, you can select either to mail a check for the taxes owed or to pay the taxes owed by direct debit from your bank account. Either way lets you pay the taxes owed at a later date. But the federal taxes owed must be paid on or before April 15, 2025 to avoid a failure to pay penalty.
