The license code for desktop software is not entered on a website; it's entered inside the TurboTax installation program when you run the software. Did you buy a desktop TurboTax product, and if so, have you downloaded and installed it? If so, the license code is entered during the installation of the software. During that process the installer will ask you to sign into your online Intuit Account through the TurboTax software, and then it will ask you to enter the license code to activate the product.
