If the software complains, you can probably remove the account number from one of the 1099-R forms. That account number isn't really necessary.
But, of course, the software might complain for a different reason. That could depend on what the Numbers are for box 7, and/or what the box 1 values are. If that happens, you might need to provide more details about the box 7 numbers, and maybe box 1 values.
