If you already have self-employed earnings reportable on Schedule C, and you have added a new activity that is different from the others, then you would create a separate Schedule C for the new activity and select an appropriate Principal Business or Professional Activity Code. Go to the section for self-employed, and click the button to "Add another line of work". Then, enter the business income and expenses for the new activity.
