If you are filing married it is similar to the way you would do it as single, but after you enter your W-2, you will click on Add A W-2 then select her name and enter her information.
Be sure that after you enter your name and address and answer the questions about yourself, including saying that you are married, you enter her in the personal information section as your spouse before you proceed to enter income. This will give you the options to select which person a W-2 or other tax form is for.
