No. You can only include a W-2 on a return in the year you earned the income. So in 2024 you can only include your 2024 W-2's, in 2023 only your 2023 W-2's, and so on.
If you did not file returns for these years, you would need to file a return or amend your returns to include them if you did file and left them off.
If you owe taxes for these W-2's then you would need to pay the taxes as the IRS can go back many years for unfiled returns.
If you have a refund due for these returns, then you would only be able to claim the refund for the last 3 years.
