Let's back up. You can not "integrate" your amended 2023 return into your existing 2024 return. The only thing you can do is start a brand new empty 2024 return and transfer the amended 2023 into it to start over. You can use either the Online version or the Desktop program for 2024.
If you don't want to start completely over, you will have to manually enter any changes from 2023 into your 2024 return one by one.
I don't see that switching to the Desktop program will help you.
