If you are in CA and you choose to pay your TurboTax fees by having them deducted from your federal refund--instead of paying upfront with a credit card or debit card----you get "premium services" for $45. Premium services is only used in CA. In any of the other states, "refund processing" or "pay with refund" is $40 for having the fees deducted from your refund.
