1. Click Help
2. About TurboTax
3. Components Tab
4. Copy TurboTax.exe version

If you are using the TurboTax Online
 

1. Help
2. About TurboTax
3. Components Tab
4. Copy S2024ZCT Version

2. Update Service logs

1. Open File Explorer folder (a folder where your files are located)
2. Copy C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Common\Update Service\v5
3. Paste it the field that shows your folders; or as an alternative, follow the path described in 2b. I.e. Click on C:\\, then Program Data, then Intuit, then Common, then Update Service, then v5
4. Select all the files in the folder
5. Right Click
6. Compress to ZIP file
7. Save and share.
