You should say Yes it is the full RMD since you aren’t required to get the RMD until April 1, 2025. And then enter the amount from box 1 of the 1099R. BUT you can’t make a QCD Qualified Charitable Distribution from a 401K, only from a IRA account. So you need to actually take the distribution from the 401K.
