If you have filed the 2024 tax return then you cannot change anything on return that was filed unless you amend the tax return.
If you have not filed the 2024 tax return, then clear cache and cookies on you web browser. If that does not solve the problem, then change your web browser to one of these you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
