Users have reported that turning off Ad Blocking and Advanced Security temporarily have allowed them to import successfully. Some also have router security that can be disabled temporarily.

If using TurboTax Desktop, and can't resolve an import issue, you can combine 1099-Int/Div 's info into one entry. If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies. In TurboTax Online, you can save your 1099 info as a PDF and import it into your return.
