You can request it as part of your transcript from the IRS, however, they may not have the current year W-2 available as of yet.
Does your employer use a payroll processing company such as ADP? If so, you may be able to go to their site and enroll in online pay history and W-2. Look at your last pay stub to see if you can determine who payroll processor for that company was.
