It depends. If you are looking at the 1095-A, then yes if you are claiming them as a dependent on your return. All income in the taxing household needs to be included.
If you did not receive insurance through the Marketplace, then No, you would not include their income on your return if this is income from employment. In this case, they would not need to file a return or claim this income anywhere unless they wanted to file to claim a refund.
If this is investment income, and they have no other income, then yes, you can include it on your return as Childs Income. Do NOT do this if this was earned income. This would income subject to the kiddie tax be reported on form 8814.
