No, not monthly.  If you get Social Security or SSDI you will get a SSA-1099 in January for the total they paid you.  You need to enter the SSA-1099 into your tax return.     You don’t get a SSA-1099 for ssi and don’t report ssi on your tax return.   

Did you get ssi or Social Security?  A lot of times people say ssi when they are getting Social Security.  But ssi actually stands for supplemental security income.  It is different than SS.  You don't get a SSA-1099 for ssi and you do not report ssi on your tax return.
